Refund for Charge Back Transaction: In the event there is any claim for/ of charge back by the User for any reason whatsoever, such User shall immediately approach HomeKraft Infra Pvt Ltd. or its Subsidiaries, Associates or Group Companies with his/ her claim details. Such refund (if any) shall be affected by Gaurs Group or relevant Subsidiaries, Associates or Group Companies via payment gateway or any other means as the Company deems appropriate.
All Refunds and cancellation will be addressed as prescribed by relevant Real Estate Regulatory Authority.

- Debit card (Visa, Master, Rupay, Maestro, ) Above 2000 Rs. 0.83% per transaction
- Credit Card(Visa, Master, Rupay, Maestro, ) 1.45% per transaction
- Corporate Credit Card(Visa, Master, Rupay, Maestro, ) 2.30% per transaction
- Net Banking (HDFC, ICICI KOTAK) Rs. 55 per transaction
- Net Banking (Other Banks) 20 per transaction
- UPI Rs. 20 per transaction
